What extra hardware do I need to use VISPA?
A headset for audio mandatory. We recommend a cable headset A mouse is highly recommended because it makes navigation so much easier.

How many participants can work in VISPA at the same time?
We currently recommend a maximum number of users of 20 participants in one space.
How many spaces can I build?
You can build as many spaces as you want to and invite your colleagues
How many boards can I integrate in a space?
You can integrate as many boards as you want to and you can place them wherever you like.
I can’t get a connection.
Please figure out if your company is using a Proxy. You might need to turn off you VPN when using VISPA. We can also help you to use VISPA with your VPN active. Just contact us.
Couldn´t find your problem?

This is a graphical issue and only happens in a few cases. Just go to your settings in the left bottom corner in VISPA. Click on graphics. Set your quality to low and reduce your resolution. In 99% of cases your problem should be solved. If not, please contact us.
